provide information on products and services that we market, including the
AdaptDx® dark adaptometer, and the AdaptDx Pro®. We
recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our online visitors.

MacuLogix uses reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized

Internet cannot be guaranteed. We will retain your personal information for as
long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as
required by applicable laws or regulation.

third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external
sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the

Your Privacy Rights Under California’s “Shine the Light” Law

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as California’s “Shine
the Light” law, California residents with whom we have an established business
relationship are entitled to request and receive, free of charge, once per
calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any,
with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses in the previous

information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” law requirements and
only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently take any action when it receives a Do Not Track

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not

so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
